| 1 oz | vegan white chocolate chipsor 1/2 oz white chocolate syrup |
| 1 3/4 oz | boiling water |
| 1 1/2 oz | cold brewed white tea |
| Small pinch of salt | |
Pomelo cold foam

| 2-3 g | cold brewed white tea |
| 5-10 g | agave syrup (optional)to taste |

| 30 g | cold water |
Tools
- Cocktail shaker
- Whisk + bowl
- or Blender
- Glass
- Whipped cream syphon and chargers
To-Do List
For the cold brewed white tea (1 portion):
- Sieve the tea into a bowl or cocktail shaker
- Add all other ingredients
- Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec
For the cold brewed white tea (multiple portions):
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend on low speed for approx 20–30 sec until no matcha lumps are left
- Chill immediately
For the cold foam:
- Blend pomelo cold foam ingredients together, then add to a whipped cream siphon
- Dispense gas into siphon, shake and set aside
For the drink:
- Mix the vegan white chocolate chips, salt and boiling water to a smooth mixture
- Add the Oatly Barista Edition and stir
- Fill a glass with ice
- Pour in the white chocolate Oatly mix
- Top with cold brewed white tea
- Finish with pomelo cold foam
