Osmanthus Cold Brew Tonic

| 2 1/2 oz | tonic water |
| 2 1/2 oz | cold brewed coffee |
Osmanthus syrup
| |
Osmanthus cold foam
| |
| Ice |

- Whipped cream syphon and chargers
To-Do List
For the osmanthus syrup:
- Steep the flowers in boiling water for 5–7 minutes
- Strain and stir in the white sugar until dissolved
For the cold foam:
- Blend osmanthus cold foam ingredients together, then add to a whipped cream siphon
- Dispense gas into siphon, shake and set aside
For the drink:
- Add ice and 3/4 oz osmanthus syrup to a glass
- Top with tonic water and cold brewed coffee
- Finish with cold foam
