All You Need

2,5 ozOatly Barista Edition
2,5 ozcold brewed coffee
Persimmon puree
  • 50 g persimmon flesh
  • 50 g water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0-10 g agave(depending on how sweet your persimmons are)
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
  • Small pinch of salt
Ice

Tools

  • Glass
  • Blender

To-Do List

  1. Blend the persimmon puree ingredients together
  2. Pour into a glass
  3. Top with ice
  4. Add Oatly Barista Edition and stir
  5. Finish with cold brewed coffee
