Maybe you’re unsure about oat drink or live in a single household with a tiny fridge, or both? Either way the mini barista has the same rich and neutral taste from a combination of oats and unsaturated fat as our regular 1L Barista Edition, only less of everything… except the taste. It goes perfectly with any hot drink, like coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and comes with the same rich creaminess but only half the commitment. If you’re still unsure after buying one, it will patiently wait for a long time in room temperature before you decide to open it. No dairy, no soy, just our cutest packaging so far.

We don’t see any reason to put anything in our products that isn't absolutely necessary and absolutely approved for consumption. For instance, the acidity regulator we use helps this made-for-coffee-but-works-for-almost-anything product perform to the professional expectations of baristas, and we thought you might like that too, even if you happen to be a beginner brewer. We don’t think anyone drinks coffee for its essential nutrients but thought you might appreciate that we put the same vitamins and minerals in our Barista products as in most of our other oat drinks. Everything is plant-based and made with a focus on sustainability.

How do you calculate the climate footprint of this product?
We gather data on greenhouse gas emissions from grower to grocer and put it through a platform called CarbonCloud that uses 20 years of research in the food-system field to crunch the numbers and get the final carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) number.
