it’s micro-foamable!
We try not to overuse expressions like “super-premium,” but if you’re an oat drink and/or coffee connoisseur who strongly believes coffee should stay plant-based even when mixed with other beverages, this rich, creamy, and micro-foamable drink is the super-premium product we made to go with your super-premium lifestyle. It can be stored for a really long time. The rich and neutral taste comes from a combination of tasty oats and unsaturated fat that will make any hot drink, like coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, seem like it’s undergone some kind of upgrading process. No, make that a super-premium upgrading process.
For the pros (and non-pros too)
We never put anything in our products that isn't absolutely necessary and absolutely approved for consumption. For instance, the acidity regulator we use is to help the Barista perform to the professional expectations of coffee experts, so even if you happen to be more of a breakfast brewer, it should answer your needs too. Even though we don’t think anyone drinks coffee to get essential nutrients, we thought you might appreciate that we put the same vitamins and minerals in the Barista as in most of our other oat drinks. No dairy, no soy and no separating in the coffee.

How do you calculate the climate footprint of this product?
We gather data on greenhouse gas emissions from grower to grocer and put it through a platform called CarbonCloud that uses 20 years of research in the food-system field to crunch the numbers and get the final carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) number. When the counting and analyzing are done, an impartial verifier professional double-checks the calculations. Basically, our numbers are scrutinized by people who really know what they’re doing.
