All You Need

| 5 oz | Oatly Barista Edition |
| 1 1/2 oz | lapsang souchong tea concentrate |
| 1/4 tsp | cayenne powder |
| 3/4 oz | vegan marshmallows |
| Small pinch smoked salt | |
| Double espresso |

| 17 fl oz | hot water |
| 7 oz | ice |

- Saucepan and stovetop
- Whisk

To-Do List
Tea concentrate:
- Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
- Strain out the leaves
- Dilute with ice
- Store in the fridge until ready to use
For the drink:
- Heat Oatly Barista Edition and marshmallows on low heat, stirring until the marshmallows dissolve completely (don’t let it boil!)
- Add double espresso, cayenne powder and lapsang tea concentrate to a cup, stirring to mix
- Top with the warm marshmallow Oatly mix
- Finish with a sprinkle of smoked salt and a toasted marshmallow (or 10!)
