All You Need

| 10 fl oz | Oatly Barista Edition |
| 0,7 oz | masala chaior 0,7 oz pumpkin pie spice mix |
| 2,1 oz | medium ground coffee |
| 3,5 oz | maple syrup |
| 0,04 oz | salt |
| 3,5 oz | pumpkin puree |
| 10 fl oz | boiling water |
| 2 fl oz | fresh lemon juice |
| 4 fl oz | fresh orange juice |
Garnish: Pumpkin seed oil drops

- Paper filters
To-Do List
- Combine spices/chai, coffee, sugar, salt and pumpkin puree in a large vessel
- Add boiling water, stir well
- Add orange and lemon juice and stir
- Add Oatly Barista Edition (this will curdle)
- Using a coffee dripper, pass the liquid through a paper filter
- Pour the cloudy liquid through a second paper filter to get a clear liquid
To serve:
- Stir the clarified liquid with lots of ice
- Strain into a frozen glass
- Finish with a few drops of pumpkin seed oil
