50 mlpeach nectaror 30 ml peach syrup
50 mlEarl Grey concentrate
60 gsago pearls(cooked)
Ice
Earl Grey tea concentrate

50 gtea
500 mlhot water
200 gice

  • Spoon
  • Kettle
  • Strainer

To-Do List

Tea concentrate:

  1. Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
  2. Strain out the leaves
  3. Dilute with ice
  4. Store in the fridge until ready to use

For the drink:

  1. Boil and rinse sago pearls according​ to the instructions on the package, then add to a glass
  2. Top with peach nectar/syrup and stir
  3. Add ice
  4. Add Oatly Barista Lighter Taste​
  5. Finish with Earl Grey concentrate​
