All You Need

| 150 ml | Oatly Barista Edition |
| 40 ml | lapsang souchong tea concentrate |
| 0,2 g | cayenne powder |
| 20 g | vegan marshmallows |
| 0,1 g | smoked salt |
| Double espresso |

| 50 g | tea |
| 500 ml | hot water |
| 200 g | ice |

- Saucepan and hob
- Whisk
- Kettle
- Strainer
To-Do List
Tea concentrate:
- Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
- Strain out the leaves
- Dilute with ice
- Store in the fridge until ready to use
For the drink:
- Heat Oatly Barista Edition and marshmallows on low heat, stirring until the marshmallows dissolve completely (don’t let it boil!)
- Add double espresso, cayenne powder and lapsang tea concentrate to a cup, stirring to mix
- Top with the warm marshmallow Oatly mix
- Finish with a sprinkle of smoked salt and a toasted marshmallow (or 10!)
