How to enter
The competition starts at 09.00 GMT on Wednesday 11th March 2026  and ends on Saturday 11th April at 09.00 GMT.   

After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.  

To enter, users must send an email to illegalmerch@oatly.com. Oatly will then perform a random selection, and 30 people will win a bundle of items from the range of Post Milk Generation merch available. The bundle will include a t-shirt or hoodie, socks and stickers. There will be a maximum number of 30 merch bundles given away in the competition.  

If you wish to indicate a preferred size for the t‑shirt or hoodie, you may include your preferred size in your email submission. Oatly will use reasonable efforts to accommodate such preferences; however, Oatly does not guarantee that any winner will receive the requested size. 

The competition will be made public via a press release, a paid influencer collaboration and via an Oatly Instagram post, as published by Oatly, on www.instagram.com/oatly

If a user only likes or comments on a social media post, without submitting an email to illegalmerch@oatly.com, this will not be considered as a valid entry.

Users can only enter once per email address.

The competition is open to any user aged 13 and over and excludes employees of Oatly. Entry is free and requires no payment or purchase. User must be based in the UK for a chance to win. 

Prizes
The prizes consist of the following items and all bundles will consist of three items including stickers, a t-shirt or hoodie and a pair of socks:

The prizes are sponsored by Oatly and are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products. Oatly cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, injuries or liabilities suffered by winners as a result of accepting a prize. If any winner refuse to accept the prize under these conditions, a new winner will be selected. 

Selection of winners
All valid entries received within the above specified time period of the competition will be submitted to Oatly who will randomly select a winner for each merch bundle. 

All of the winners will be contacted by Oatly with an email. This will be decided within 24 hours of the 11th April 2026 at the latest. 
The winners must reply within 72 hours after being contacted.

Oatly will take all reasonable steps to contact the winners, however, if a winner does not respond within the 72 hour time frame Oatly reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to the runner up.

The runner up will also be contacted in a response by Oatly in a comment and will also have 72 hours to respond as set out above. 

Personal data
Any personal information received from any participant or winner will only be used by Oatly to administer the competition as set out in these Terms and Conditions and will be deleted as soon as the competition has been completed and will not be passed on to third parties.  

All personal data provided is handled by Oatly in compliance with our Privacy Policy at all times.

Other
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.

Oatly reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the competition if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, or amend the Terms and Conditions. Participants will be informed of such amendment or cancellation directly. 

Oatly reserves the right to exclude and disqualify any entries that:  

- Contain offensive, discriminatory, immoral, defamatory, indecent, malicious or other inappropriate language or content 

- Portrays or encourages illegal activity 

- Infringes third party intellectual property rights 

- Interferes with the entry processes  

Oatly reserves the right to exclude and disqualify any entries if it becomes apparent that any participant or prize winner has been found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions.

By entering the competition, participants understand and agree that the Internet is a global and public place, and that their comments and names may be copied and uploaded onto other pages and websites by other parties.   

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry. Any further questions about the competition and its Terms and Conditions are referred to info@oatly.com and will be responded to by the team responsible.
