Mate cola syrup

- Saucepan and hob
- Infusion bag

For the syrup:
- Peel off large strips of lime and oranges zest, then juice the fruit and put to the side
- Put the yerba mate tea into a reusable infusion bag, tie and add to a pan with boiling water
- Allow to infuse for 5 min, then remove
- Add the rest of the mate cola syrup ingredients to the pan, except citrus juices, and bring back to a boil
- Cook for 1–2 minutes
- Remove from heat and add the citrus juices
- Strain and store in the fridge
For the drink:
- Add the 20 g syrup to a cup
- Steam Oatly Barista Edition and pour over the syrup
