All You Need

| 100 ml | Oatly Barista Edition |
| 100 g | seedless red grapes |
| 50 ml | red grape juice |
| 200 g | ice |
| 6 | seedless green grapes |
| 60 ml | green tea concentrate |
Salted cold foam

| 50 g | tea |
| 500 ml | hot water |
| 200 g | ice |
Tools
- Glass
- Blender
- Knife
- Foaming tool(siphon/electric mini whisk/spindle mixer/blender)
- Kettle
- Strainer
To-Do List
Tea concentrate:
- Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
- Strain out the leaves
- Dilute with ice
- Store in the fridge until ready to use
For the drink:
- Foam the salted cold foam ingredients together using your preferred foaming tool
- Cut the green grapes into small chunks and add to bottom of glass
- Add green tea concentrate
- Blend the rest of the ingredients and pour into the glass
- Finish with salted cold foam
