All You Need

50 mllychee juiceor 20 g lychee syrup
50 mloolong concentrate
100 mlwater
Oatly jelly
Ice
Oolong concentrate

50 gtea
500 mlhot water
200 gice

Tools

  • Glass
  • Saucepan and hob
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Container
  • Kettle

To-Do List

Tea concentrate:

  1. Brew the tea in hot water for 8 min
  2. Strain out the leaves
  3. Dilute with ice
  4. Store in the fridge until ready to use

For the Oatly jelly:

  1. Add water, sugar and agar agar to a pan and bring to a boil, whisking constantly
  2. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat
  3. Add the Oatly Barista Edition and whisk well to mix
  4. Strain into a container and leave to set for 1–2 hours

For the drink:

  1. Chop up 40 g of Oatly jelly into cubes and add to a glass
  2. Top with ice
  3. Add lychee juice/syrup and oolong concentrate to finish
  4. Drink through a big straw
